Should I quit my job?

I've been working at a local fast food shop for about 4 years now and I am the assistant manager, yet I only get paid $8.75 an hour for being their 4 years, the best worker, and finally the assistant manager. I decided to apply for another job. I got two job offers one for Starbucks which I am really excited about, I have heard many great things and the other for Sears which seems good. I start my training for both next week. I wouldn't mind working two jobs just curious as to if I should just now put in my two weeks notice at the fast food place (Positive: pick my own schedule, guarenteed job/ Negative: manager doesn't value me as a worker and doesn't know how to handle the business.) or stay there until I know I like the Starbucks and/or Sears job?
