Am I over thinking this?

So here's the story. I just started dating this guy, and we both really like each other. Everything was fine until yesterday, we were supposed to hang out but then too much got in the way and we re-scheduled for today. Then he stopped answering, all day, at 10pm I asked him why, he'd gone to the doctors and been given meds that put him to sleep all day, he was acting weird and then stopped answering me. Today I didn't get a good morning text or anything I texted him and we had about a 2 minute convo before he stopped answering. Before yesterday night, everything was fine, perfect almost. Should I be worried his feelings have changed, or is it too soon to tell? I'm planning on texting him in an hour to see if we still have plans.
