I have a problem with a co worker, what should I do?

I don't get along very well with the shift supervisor, and she hardly ever schedules me. We had a new shift supervisor this month but it was only for a few weeks, and she gave me three shifts a week, sometimes four. but now we're back to the old one, and I hardly get any at all. I am very unhappy about this. what should I tell my manager?
