My samsung strive AT&T isnt working?

i cant send or recieve anything (calls, text, data, exc.) and when i try to go to the home screne it says SIM error mm#3 i looked on my account and my phone is still active and everything but it just started today im stupid so i need step by step help my live chat on at&t.com isnt working either ok thanks
